Clortho is a free and open source web based Certificate Authority (CA). Here you can request and download user certificates and download the CA certificates.

Clortho is a reference to Vinz Clortho, the Key Master in the movie Ghostbusters. Together with Zuul, the Gatekeeper, they are Gozer's minions. Of course, this Clortho is a different kind of key master and has no plans to harm this world, but to make it actually more secure.
